Just wanted to give y'all a quick update on Grandpa...he had to get Transjuglar Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt (TIPS) surgery. I'm not exactly sure what it is, that is I don't know exactly how to explain it by typeing...but Google has a great explaination on it. I didn't find out until late Monday night and didn't have a chance to post anything. He had the surgery this morning and everything went well, they think that he'll be going right back into a regular room and won't have to stay in ICU at all!! I am so thankful for that!!!!!
This past weekend I went to Holden Beach, NC with Erin to celebrate Andrew's Birthday. We had so much fun just relaxing on the beach and playing games!! All of Andrew's friends from NGU are so funny and I can't wait to hang out with them all again (hopefully soon)!! Here are some pictures...we also built an AMAZING sandcastle! Enjoy the pics =)
